Brown Rice Flour, Soy Flour, Oat Flour, and Almond Butter |
I used the oat flour for about a week before discovering that it's probably not gluten free. (Oats are most often processed with wheat, so it gets 'contaminated' with gluten).
LESSON #1: If a package of oats doesn't say gluten-free, it's probably not!

Very true we have found this out the hard way as well. I also found out the hard way you cant just use on type of flour (I did soy, yuck) to make pancakes or bread. It was the worst thing I had ever done.
So true, Knotty Nykki! I am still learning what works and what doesn't. Will post a video soon of my soy experiment/disaster! ;)
